Welcome to Techlyst Consulting. By accessing our website (https://www.techlystconsulting.ca) and utilizing our fractional AI technical support, advisory sessions, retainers, and workshop programs, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

Techlyst Consulting provides professional advisory, structured prompt engineering frameworks, spreadsheet model optimization, and workflow automation consulting for corporate teams using enterprise platforms (including Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Google Gemini).

2. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All custom workflows, scripts, and prompt templates developed specifically for a client remain the sole intellectual property of that client. All client engagements and initial discovery assessments are conducted under strict Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements.

3. Limitation of Liability

While Techlyst Consulting ensures rigorous testing and verification frameworks to minimize AI hallucination risks, generative AI outputs must be validated by authorized company personnel prior to final business execution. Techlyst Consulting shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

4. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
